Curtis Marble, MA, JD, FCIArb is a partner at Carbert Waite LLP, a Calgary litigation boutique and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 

In his professional role, Curtis has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including international arbitration and litigation, defamation, and estate litigation. His clients include multinational corporations, energy companies, construction companies, family-run businesses, and individuals. He also acts for US and foreign law firms as local counsel. 

Curtis has a long-standing interest in aviation and community service, and has previously served on the board of Calgary's Ghost River Theatre.
